These days you don’t need to be a health nut to know about this tart and fizzy tea brimming with probiotics. Sunday with GT’s Hard Kombucha
We are the kind of people who love to end our week on a high. At a fall dinner party, instead of joining the others in a glass, we swapped beers with hard kombucha. Sangria Sunrise and Matcha Mojito, the flavors tasted so weekend and looked like some type of sparkling anyway. No one even asked about it. We were able to still enjoy that tang without headaches the morning after. What a great way to usher in a productive Monday!
Monday with Health-Ade Kombucha
Turns out Monday isn’t quite the day of fresh starts & hope as we constantly try to persuade ourselves. Why not eliminate the Monday blues with some power of greens? We twisted the top on a Health-Ade Plus Energy, which blends in lemon, basil, and guarana—the combination practically screams health. Bottoms up for a happy gut!
How do you bridge the gap between lunch & dinner? “Go get a KitKat or Grande Misto With heavy cream,” that’s the autopilot talking. This time though my team and I were determined to pass them on. Instead, we used cans of Dry Apple & Tropical Twirl kombucha soda to address that dreaded mid-afternoon slump. It took some flexing of willpower, but the crisp fermented fizz gave us the pep we needed to bring our A-game to another meeting.
Wednesday with Left Field Kombucha
Happy hump day! A few hours before clocking off, we unwound together with a bottle of NO. 3 Oolong Kombucha, the finalist in the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2019. Light and floral, it was a taste equivalent of Zen in our mugs.
Unless you are super caffeine sensitive, consuming kombucha in the evening wouldn’t make you tired of counting sheep later at night. Booch’s fermentation process reduces the amount of caffeine to 10-15 milligrams or less per serving—roughly one-third of the typical amount found in a cup of tea.

Thursday with Equinox Kombucha
Caffeine. So many of us struggle to make it to the end of the day without it (despite we love our jobs at Klee!) Caramelly aroma. Nutty texture. Classic bittersweetness. Coffee magically awakens our senses.
What about making it more refreshing with some kombucha fizz?
Coffee beans were brewed & fermented to double down on the gut goodness with organic acids & antioxidants. That’s how we got enchanted by Equinox Espresso Kombucha. Well worth stocking in the office fridge.
Friday with Buchalada
It has become our Friday ritual—sharing small wins & mishaps over French Rosé with the closest colleagues. But with this daily-booch experiment in mind, we had to get some alternative for our late-night chill.
Then there we found Buchalada, featuring 4.5% ABV plus a hit of zingy raspberry, prickly ginger, or sparkling grapefruit. The kombucha seltzer gave a tasty twist to our gathering. It’s all about connection & conversation, alcohol really is optional. Bring your own buzz!
Saturday with NOVA Easy Kombucha
The kombucha seltzer didn’t wake us up with a hangover and therefore, wouldn’t stop us from being weekend warriors. We curiously drank up NOVA High Performance Kombucha before hitting the gym. Even though it didn’t magically fuel us towards extra sets of reps, the containing guarana & caffeine helped elevate our energy levels.
